Retreat Planning
3 one hour one-on-one sessions to calculate how much you want to charge, spend and profit from a retreat you are planning. Specifically designed excel budget template built with yoga retreats in mind. The sheet will do the math to calculate your P&L (profit & loss) 
What the program includes:

  • 3 sessions to ask all of your retreat planning questions​

    • 1st session will be before launch to help you come up with a price to charge your participants that will help you achieve your desired income

    • 2nd session closer to the start date of the retreat to calculate how much revenue you've collected, and how much you will still need to spend.  Will you use a credit card or cash on location?

    • 3rd session post retreat to analyze how close your actual income and spending compared to what you expected pre-trip.  Leave this session with an precise number of exactly how much money you earned on your retreat.

  • Access to specific retreat planning template that lists out all possible expenses
